As both a practicing lawyer and separately, as a consultant, I understand not only the technical requirements of employment law and workplace policy, but also the realities behind conflict, culture, and change.

Alanna Carlson Consulting is based in Treaty 6 Territory, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and is proud to be a 100% woman-owned and operated business.
Our work supports the local Saskatchewan community and intentionally contracts with queer, trans, BIPOC, and disabled service providers.
We are guided by the principles of Truth and Reconciliation and the Seven Sacred Teachings, with a commitment to continued education about the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization. This includes practicing critical analysis that invites decolonial thinking and community connection.
Just as I help workplaces build belonging and inclusion, I hold myself accountable to these same values in my practice and partnerships.
